I've signed up to do my second Ironman. It's in my home county Pembrokeshire in the quaint coastal town of Tenby. They say the course is one of the most challenging in the Ironman series for the hills of our national park are brutal on top of the distances (2.4m swim, 112m bike and a 26.2m marathon). But since it's at home this time, and not in Cozumel I'm expecting my friends and family - those who aren't competing (!) to be clapping at the finish lines with the other tens of thousands of supporters!
Here's an inspiring 24 minute video summarising the race day. It's going to be amazing!
