Ross and I have set up a new business.

It's What Beese Do Best

We are event producers and experience designers.

We focus on how your event looks, feels and impacts those involved.

We sprinkle magic, go big on humanness and ignite senses.

Our mission is to be a fundamental part of gatherings with awesome purpose. Our vision is to ensure every individual is valued and each interaction meaningful. Everyone walks away nourished, fulfilled and with a wild sense of limitless opportunity.

Between us we’ve spent over 20 years working in hospitality, customer service, sales, event production and space design. We have always worked with innovative, pioneering companies around the world who dare to be different and strive to be the best at what they do. We will now use the learnings, connections and ideas we’ve gathered to deliver a kick ass service.

Let’s rewind.

It all started at TYF, a pioneering adventure company in West Wales. This is where we met and got married three years later.

During that time we were regional representatives for Surfers Against Sewage, the UK's leading environmental campaigners.

We set up Rinky Dink to run events including European film premiers, Ben Howard’s first gigs in Wales, Comedy nights and educational talks.

After a 2500 mile bike ride along the Pacific Coast Highway we landed at Surf Simply, Costa Rica, definitely up there as the finest luxury surf camp on the planet.

We left the jungle for Californian wine country and went on to produce The Do Lectures USAin 2014 and 2015. The Do Lectures was voted as one of the top 10 Ideas Festivals in the world.

Next we helped run The Girl Effect Accelerator which gathered incredible entrepreneurs and mentors for a two week program to try and solve the problem that 270 million girls live on less than $2 a day.

Later Alice was part of the Front of House team at The Scarlet Hotel, a 4* luxury eco paradise on the clifftops of Cornwall, award winning for it’s high environmental standards, food and atmosphere.

Most recently we both worked with Finisterre who build products built to last for the cold water surfer - a unique and sustainable take on surf apparel - Ross was the voice of Finisterre writing all of their communication and Alice redesigning the customer service journey.

I guess that’s it in a nutshell, probably a coconut shell as there’s quite a lot to fit in.
